| 1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
When you make the booking, you warrant that you have the authority of
all persons in your party to book on their behalf, and will indemnify
Meadowlands against all loss and damage arising directly or indirectly
from any act or default by yourself or any person accompanying you.
2. SERVICES, FEATURES AND FACILITIES
Information about services, features and facilities at your holiday location
is to the best of our knowledge and belief, accurate at the time of publication
of the brochure but some of these may not be available at the time you
take your holiday.
Details in our brochure are intended to illustrate the standard and type
of accommodation which is available. While these are substantially accurate,
there may be some variations in individual cases.
3. PAYMENT
To confirm a booking we require a deposit of £50. We will hold a
booking made by telephone for a period of seven days. If the deposit is
not received within the seven days the booking is cancelled. As soon as
we receive the deposit the accommodation is reserved in your name.
The deposit is accepted as part payment and the balance is due 28 days
prior to the start date of your holiday.
For bookings received within four weeks of your holiday start date, full
payment is due at the time of booking.
Non-receipt of the full accommodation charge may be treated by us as a
cancellation of the booking and you will forfeit the total cost of your
holiday.
The booking will then be subject to the cancellation procedure outlined
in Condition 4.
4. CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your booking, notice should be given in writing,
by Recorded Delivery, to the address on the booking form. The date of
the cancellation is deemed to be the date of the postmark.
Provided the cancellation is received not less than eight weeks before
the start date of the holiday, only the deposit will be forfeited. If
we receive less than eight weeks' notice, you will be liable to pay the
total cost of the holiday. We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation
insurance.
If we have to cancel your holiday, and we cannot find you acceptable accommodation
Nearby, then our liability is limited to returning all money paid.
5. PRICING
The prices for accommodation are based on holiday start dates. Prices
include VAT at 17.5% where applicable.
6. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
The number of people occupying your accommodation must not exceed the
number shown in the particulars of the individual lodge.
Visitors are allowed between the hours of 8am & 6pm max stay 45 mins.
Visitors must sign in and out at reception. Day visitor pass £5.00
7. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival tine on site is between 2.00pm and 5.0pm on the agreed day of
arrival. If you are likely to arrive late, please let the site manager
know. Your booking ends at 10am on the agreed date of departure.
8. PARKING
Free car parking at owners risk for one car per lodge. No lorries, trade
vans or trucks allowed to remain on the park. We cannot accept responsibility
for loss or damage or accident to persons or private property including
private cars, however caused.
9. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Keys of lodges will not be handed over before 2.00pm or after 5.00 pm
unless an
arrangement has been made. One key to each lodge only will be handed out
on arrival. A returnable deposit of £25 (cash) will be required.
IO. SPECIAL REQUESTS
We are most concerned that you have an enjoyable holiday. If you have
any particular preferences or requests please advise us at the time
of booking and we will, wherever possible, try to meet your requirements.
However, we cannot guarantee this, and cannot accept a booking on this
basis.
It is understood that anyone reserving a lodge has read and understood
the above conditions of booking and agrees to abide by them.
Note:
Cycle loan (subject to availability) is available. A dog may accompany
a guest by arrangement ( £10.00 charge to cover additional cleaning
etc.) in a lodge reserved for this purpose. Separate terms and conditions
apply. Details on request.
